  • 2 Slices of Bread
  • 2 Eggs
  • 2 pieces of Chocolate
  • Cinnamon Sugar
  • Chilli Oil
  • Pesto
  • Butter

  • First, cut heart shapes in the centre of two slices of bread with a heart-shaped mould.
  • Then, place a piece of chocolate between the two slices of bread and using milk, seal it.
  • Next, take a pan, and add butter to it. When the butter melts, sear the heart-shaped sealed bread on both sides.
  • Finally, dust the bread with cinnamon sugar.
  • Take the other part of the bread where you’ve cut heart shapes earlier.
  • Sear the butter with butter on a pan. Add a dollop of pesto.
  • Then, add an egg in between the heart-shaped hole.
  • Keep the heat on low and cover this. Let the egg cook for 5 to 6 minutes.
  • Take it out of the pan and season it with salt and pepper.
  • Finally, garnish this bread with chilli oil and sprinkle sesame seeds.
