Swiggy has temporarily suspended its pick up and drop off service, Swiggy Genie, in three major metropolitan cities in India. The service has been shut for now in Bangalore, Mumbai and Hyderabad. Wondering what’s the reason? It is because of the pent up demand for Swiggy food delivery services and Instamart amid the cricket and festive season. Thus, the company has taken the decision to give priority to these deliveries.
