Trump Towers hardly need any introduction to people. A skyscraper by the Trump Organisation, they are known for offering luxurious residential spaces, and offices. And now, Saudi Arabia is all set to get its very own Trump Tower soon. Yes, the first ever Trump Tower is coming to Saudi Arabia’s Jeddah and we are here to tell you all about it.

Trump Tower To Rise In Saudi Arabia

To be developed by Dubai-based Dar Global, which is a luxury property developer, and in collaboration with the Trump Organisation, the first tower in Saudi Arabia is coming up in Jeddah. Not to mention, it’s also Dar Global’s first venture into Jeddah. A company, which has largely operated internationally, this is the global arm of Saudi mega developer Dar Al-Arkan. Expected to be marketed as a world-class development, the aim is to target the luxury segment of the Saudi Arabian market and international investors. Expected to blend modern luxury with the city’s rich cultural heritage, the project is bound to redefine the local real estate landscape.

It Will Be Developed Dar Global

Taking inspiration from other Trump Towers around the world, one can expect that this building is going to be tall. Not to mention, it will have a wrapping of dark glass and they won’t be skimping on bronze or brass and will have 10 golden letters that will relay the name of the tower at the entrance.

During the signing, it was revealed that this collaboration embodies the shared vision of creating landmark development. At this point, it’s worth mentioning that this tower is the second venture in the region by the Trump Organisation. Recently, a $500 million Trump International Hotel project with ADAI Development in Oman was also announced. This hotel is expected to open in December 2028 and will also include a golf course and members-only club.

So, if the skyscraper does get built, you can certainly expect it’s going to change the face of the city’s skyline.
