Celebrate Diwali With Chocolate Crackers From Bangalore

Bangalorean, Priya Jani sell delicious cracker-shaped chocolates for Diwali at her boutique in the city. Speaking to The Hans India, she states “Many kids, as well as adults, cannot think of a Diwali without crackers. So, I decided to make sweets in the shape of crackers.” Her concept of ‘don’t burst crackers, eat them’ is indeed unique and an eco-friendly approach. Priya Jain’s shop sells chocolates in the shape of flowerpots, rocket, sutli bombs, among others. Even her packaging truly resembles that of firecrackers, you’d never know the difference.

Priya Jain revealed to The Hans India that despite the COVID-19 pandemic, the response to her sweets has been brilliant. She reveals “We have chocolates in the shape of rockets, bombs, and flower pots among others. In the COVID-19 pandemic, there is a fear among the people while visiting markets. Despite this fact, the customer response has been brilliant.” Priya also gives her customers the option of home delivery.

Chocolatier Priya Jain Urges People To Not Burst Crackers But Eat Them

This chocolate connoisseur has always maintained an eco-friendly lifestyle. In an interview with Deccan Chronicle, she revealed that she hasn’t burst crackers for 13 years. Infact she uses recycled materials for her chocolate packaging. And even urges customers to take her chocolates without the packaging. Her eco-friendly lifestyle inspired her to start preparing chocolate crackers. The combination of children’s favourite crackers and the need for adults to have an eco-friendly Diwali inspired her to combine chocolates and crackers to prepare chocolate crackers.

A local customer Sandesh revealed to The Hans India”I tried these chocolates and they are very tasty. The sweets are of several different flavours. I have ordered it for all my friends and will gift it to some of my colleagues as well. I will suggest everyone try it.”Another customer Deepak stated,  “I think kids will love the concept of having chocolates in the shape of crackers. I have ordered some for my kids as well.
