  8. Customising the CV on the lines of the company and the profile
  9. Trying to get a professional German format for the CV
  10. Looking for companies too, instead of just jobs
  11. If the aspirant likes the company, the person can shoot the CV to them, along with an offer letter, even if the company does not have positions currently; it might have potential openings later and the aspirant might be the first one to be considered for a role
