Sadhuguru’s breakfast spread is quite intriguing and very healthy and nutritious. Usually, he starts his day with some freshly grounded neem leaf balls, turmeric balls, sprouted methi, overnight-soaked groundnuts, soaked and peeled almonds, walnuts, and sprouted green grams. With these, he also eats a pomegranate as well. That’s a power-packed start to the day, right?

This Is What Sadhguru Eats On An Active Day!

If Sadhuguru needs to be very much physically active, then his breakfast gets changed a bit. He shared that he prefers to add some sources of carbs to his breakfast. Some of his preferences for intaking carbs are chapatti, idli, millet, rice, and wheat.

His Breakfast Looks Different On Days When He Needs To Be Mentally Active

Different food items help us by providing different nutrients. And it is better to start the day with the right food for the right purposes. When Sadhguru spends days when he needs to be focused on mental activities and not much on physical activities, he likes to drink a glass of millet porridge or something similar.
