This time, the actor took to her Instagram handle to share her simple instructions for a guaranteed “excellent weekend”. Step 1: Visit your nearest dosa joint. Step 2: Block any photo attempts. Step 3: Eat your weight in Dosa, Podi, Ghee and Idli. Step 4: Take a nap.

Simple instructions, but we’d take this to be life advice. After all, the Bollywood legend, like us, is a die-hard dosa fan. Who knew? And like many of us, she doesn’t have the patience to click food pictures or the interest to be photographed by her fans. Diet? What’s that on a weekend?! We love a Zeenat Aman gorging on dosas and podi idlis topped with oodles of ghee.

And if you doubt whether she actually abides by her instructions, she gave proof. Flaunting her “canteen mudra” the actress is seen dodging the camera only to want to dig into her table filled with all kinds of dishes. There are bowls of sambar, chutneys and other tempting dishes right in front of her.

Nestled opposite the ISCKON temple, this restaurant specialises in vegetarian Tamil fare. On the menu, you’d find idlis, adai dosa, paper dosa, medu vada, tomato-garlic chutney and more.
