No matter if someone enjoys watching videos of food preparation with not-so-relatable food ingredients, these videos end up getting viral anyhow. One such video of a dosa seller making dosa differently is leading to Netizens asking so many questions. Unlike plain dosa served with chutney and sambar, this matka dosa is completely different from what we usually eat. Let’s find out why are foodies so angry about this new fusion creation!

Another Bizarre Matka Dosa Recipe Is Making Rounds On The Internet!

Foodies are completely freaking out after watching the fusion preparation of matka dosa. The video begins with making the stuffing with butter, bell pepper, onion, paneer, sauces, and spices. Next, he prepares a crispy dosa on the tawa and added the stuffing, cheese, sauces, and some more spices to it. He also adds some water to the mixture to give it a curry-like texture. Meanwhile, he takes a matka and added loads of cheese and slices of cabbage and beets. He then transfers the mixture from the dosa and pours it into the matka. And in the last step, he tops up the dosa with more coriander, cheese, and mayonnaise and rolls it into a cone, and serves it inside the matka.
