  • Bulgur
  • Chickpeas
  • Cucumbers

Recipe Of The Salad:

  • Take the bulgur and cook it in a pan with some water.
  • Till the time the bulgur gets cooked nicely, start chopping vegetables. Chop the cucumbers, mint, parsley, and red onions finely.
  • Also, chop some pistachios for the salad. It gives a great crunchiness to the salad.
  • Crumble the feta cheese as well.
  • Boil some chickpeas as well to add to the salad mix.
