How To Book A Ticket Through QR? 

Steps to book a Chennai Metro ticket:

  • Send “Hi” to +91 83000 86000 using the WhatsApp app. You can also use the metro station to scan the QR code.
  • Select the language of your choice and click on “book your ticket” from the menu now.
  • Select your boarding and de-boarding stations.
  • Choose how many tickets you want to reserve. Users can currently reserve up to six tickets per order.
  • Verify your travel information, then pay. The route can be added to your “favourites” list for “quick booking” in the future.
  • UPI, debit or credit cards, and digital wallets are all accepted forms of payment. After the payment has been completed, the QR ticket will be generated.
