UAE’s Temperature Is Expected To Reach 50°C This Week According To The Weather Forecast

This year, the UAE saw a very sweet winter, and people wished for this weather to last forever. But as that cannot be the case, the summers are here! We all hoped that just like the winters, the summer might also be kind to the UAE, but the weather forecast signals otherwise. According to the weather forecast by the National Centre of Meteorology (NCM), the temperature in the UAE might reach 50°C this week.

In the UAE, temperatures normally increase steadily starting in May and may reach 50°C.

One of the hottest locations in the UAE is Sweihan, a town in Al Ain. The area experienced the warmest temperature on record for that day, 51.8°C, on June 6, 2021. In August 2022, temperatures in the area reached 50°C.

Residents can anticipate bright sunshine in the next few days, but the sky will still be gloomy. This week, winds with gusts up to 25 kph may bring up dust and sand, which could cause periods of decreased visibility.

This significant annual endeavour was started to protect workers during the scorching summer months, as temperatures in the Emirates reach as high as 50°C. The Ministry of Human Resources and Emiratization (MoHRE) made the announcement in 2004. The campaign will now be in its nineteenth year of operation.
