X User’s Monday Motivation That Can Help You Lose Up To 1.5 Kg

X (formerly Twitter) user, Chirag Barjatya, recently posted a Monday motivation that has left thousands of people intrigued. Chirag took to X to post how an individual can lose 1-1.5 kg weight in a week. In order to achieve that, he mentioned that you will have to remove “namkeen, farsan, biscuit, and sweets” from your diet, not eat anything outside for a week, increase your step count by 3,000, “reduce one chapati from lunch and dinner,” and drink about 300ml buttermilk daily. Following these steps for a week will help you reduce 1 to 1.5 kilograms easily, he believes.
