Although the celebrations were temporarily halted in 2020 and 2021 due to the COVID-19 pandemic, the 10th edition in 2022 marked a victorious return. As the parade wound its way through the city’s streets, happiness and good cheer were contagious. Renowned individuals, such as former president A.P.J.
