This is exclusively for international graduates from Canadian institutions and skilled workers from overseas countries, according to the official website of the Government of Canada. A crucial point to note here is that these people can only live and work in the 4 Atlantic provinces under this immigration program. The provinces are:
- Labrador
- New Brunswick
- Nova Scotia
- Prince Edward Island
