- 50ml ml of rum distilled with Jasmine tea
- 15ml ml of strawberry-infused Aperol (Sous-vide)
- 15 ml of strawberry syrup
- Citric Acid Solution, to taste
Method:
- Combine the measured ingredients in a mixing glass or shaker and shake thoroughly.
- Strain into a glass with a large ice cube.
- Enjoy!
2. The Bangalore Bakery By Biswajit Roy, Beverage Manager, Geist Brewing Co.
Ingredients:
- 60 ml of honey-infused whisky
- 30 ml of lime juice
- 5 ml of vanilla essence
- Raspberry Foam
Method:
- Infuse Honey-Soaked sponge cake with whisky for 24 hours.
- Mix raspberry syrup with fresh cream using a Co2 creamer for a foamy texture.
- Assemble components in a glass and garnish with cake crumble.

Ingredients:
- 60 ml of Grant’s triple-wood whisky
- 60 ml of lemonade
- 45 ml of pineapple juice
Method:

- Double strain over ice in a rock glass.

- 90 ml of tomato consommé
- 3 dashes of Worcestershire sauce
- 3 dashes of Tabasco sauce

Method:
- Prepare tomato consommé by boiling and filtering.
- Combine consommé, ice, Worcestershire sauce, and Tabasco sauce in a mixing glass.
- Stir and strain into a wine glass.
- Garnish with tomato skin and celery leaves.

- 45 ml of bourbon
- 15 ml of orange liqueur

Ingredients:
- 25 ml of coffee-infused Gold Rum
- 15 ml of coconut Campari
- 20 ml of sweet vermouth
- 1 dash of Angostura bitters
- Orange peel for garnish
Method:
- Infuse coffee beans into gold rum.
- Fat-wash Campari with cold-pressed coconut oil.
- Mix all ingredients over ice in a chilled mixing jar and stir.
- Strain into a chilled, old-fashioned glass and garnish with orange peel.
7. Old Fashioned By Grant’s
Ingredients:
- 60 ml of Grant’s triple-wood whisky
- 5 ml of sugar syrup
- 2-3 dashes of Angostura bitters
- Orange peel
Method:
- In a cocktail shaker, combine ice, Grant’s Triple Wood whisky, sugar syrup, and bitters. Shake well.
