Ciel will soon be introducing 2 new delightful spots to hang around. The signature restaurants, a Sunset Lounge on the 74th level and Horizon Bar on the 76th floor. The proposed hotel project is now ahead of schedule, with expected project completion in the final quarter of 2023 and an official opening in the first half of 2024.
