153 New Members Of Endangered Species Welcomed In Dubai Safari Park On The Eve Of Their 5th Anniversary

Dubai Safari park recently opened its door in September for its new season offering a wide range of edutainment activities. The animal habitat that commenced in 2017 has finally completed 5 years successfully. And the eve of its 5th anniversary, Dubai Safari Park has added a few new members to the family. In celebration of its successes since its opening, Dubai Safari Park has revealed the arrival of 153 neonates of various threatened species.

The Park Is Home To 275 Species

Over 3,000 animals and birds, representing over 275 different species, can be found in the park. It recently established breeding pairs in order to successfully breed with siamang, lar gibbons, and pygmy hippos.

The recent addition of species includes 53 newborns belonging to addax, a critically endangered species. Supporting the preservation of native Arabian wildlife, Dubai Safari Park actively participates in initiatives to protect the remnant wild populations of these species as well as initiatives to reintroduce native animals to regions where they have vanished.

Dubai Safari Park Has Introduced A New List Of Activities To Attract Visitors

In order to better serve visitors, Dubai Safari Park, which received over 500,000 visits in the previous season, updates its points of interest each time. The park, which is now accepting visitors for the current season, spent its first five years expanding its animal collection, giving visitors the accommodations they needed.

Along with the Arabian Desert Safari and the Wadi area, the park contains three primary villages: the Asian Village, the Explorer Village, and the African Village. The park is made to make it simple for visitors to navigate around, whether on foot or by using a variety of ecologically friendly modes of transportation, to ensure that they have a unique experience.

From breakfast with birds to multiple unique packages to tour the safari, this park encompasses a lot of surprises for the visitors.
