Looks like the actor is reverse ageing.  The actor also continues to amaze the audience with his flawless dance moves, his abs, and his extraordinary biceps. The actor is a big fan of South Indian meals. He prefers having Uttapam, Idli-Sambhar, Rasam, etc. Most South Indian dishes are loaded with proteins. And, protein is essential for muscle growth and weight loss. Also, Sambhar and Rasam include loads of veggies, like tomatoes, drumsticks, pumpkin, eggplant, etc. All these veggies are full of fibre, and antioxidants.

2. Brown Rice

As per reports, the ‘Jug Jug Jeeyo’ actor either eats rotis or brown rice for lunch. Brown rice, because it is not heat-treated or chemically processed. Instead, brown rice is ground into a powder, making it easier to digest than regular white rice. Brown rice improves heart health and helps in weight loss.
