World-Class Amenities At The New Jubail Marina, Abu Dhabi 

This new project looks very promising and envails the most desirable residential destination in Abu Dhabi. Handover of the premium waterfront project with a marina, and homes. Moreover, the yacht club schedule by mid-2024, while the district inside Marfa Al Jubail is slated to start in October. 

The neighbourhood will comprise 41 homes and 18 flats bordering by mangroves. Marfa Al Jubail will anchor by a premium yacht club and promenade, including restaurants and outdoor cafés. It will feature six residential village estates encompassing more than 400 hectares and will be home to 10,000 people within four years.

Building heights will rigorously regulate on Jubail Island, with no villa surpassing 15 meters.
