July is going to be an exciting month for food lovers in India. From seasonal menus to limited-edition offerings and pop-ups, there is a lot to look forward to this month. Whether you are in the mood for light bites, fresh flavours, or unique dining experiences, these new menus and pop-ups deserve a spot on your foodie list this month!

New Menus In Delhi

1. The Green Room By Mia

The Green Room By Mia has now refreshed its offerings with comfort food, signature cocktails, and curated experiences. One of the most loved destinations in Delhi, the menu here draws inspiration from across the world. It brings together vibrant small plates and shareable favourites for diners. Guests can expect dishes such as Beet Carpaccio, Avocado and Cheese Salad, Penne Shroom Jang, Turkish Kumpir, and Umami Chilli Fish. Their cocktail programme balances technique with approachability and includes signatures such as Breakfast At Tiffany’s, The Godfather, and Casablanca.

2. Nara Thai 

Nara Thai has now introduced Taste Of Thai, offering guests an opportunity to enjoy Nara Thai’s signature flavours in a structured yet flexible dining experience. The new menu features some of the restaurant’s most loved dishes, including Tom Yum Soup, Raw Papaya Salad, Chicken Satay, Thai Red Curry, Thai Green Curry, Phad Thai Noodles, and Tub Tim Grob.

3. Pour Over Coffee Roasters

As temperatures rise and summer settles in, Pour Over Coffee Roasters in Delhi has now unveiled a new menu this July. They have introduced a range of refreshing coffee-forward creations, including the Orange Americano, Strawberry Matcha, Australian Mocha, and the indulgent Blended Tiramisu, bringing together creativity and craftsmanship. Their new food menu is also designed around fresh ingredients, with dishes like Classic Granola Parfait, Shokupan French Toast, and Fresh Quinoa and Avocado Salad.

4. Cafe De Flora

One of Delhi’s most popular cafes, Cafe De Flora, has now launched an all-new summer menu inspired by European cafe culture. The menu for July brings together globally inspired comfort food, innovative beverages, and seasonal desserts. Some of the key highlights include dishes such as the Mango Chipotle Fried Chicken Sando, Corn Ribs, and Cacio E Pepe Pasta, and drinks like Blue Pea Earth Matcha Latte, Orange Espresso, Ocean Latte, and Blue Pea Latte.

New Menus In Mumbai

5. Pause

Pause is welcoming diners this July with a seasonal new menu built around comfort food and slow dining. Their limited-edition offering moves between comfort and curiosity. Diners can expect dishes like Ramen In Rain, The Mumbai Monsoon Delight, Monsoon Kheema Bunny Chow, Korean Samosas, and more. All these dishes are not just comforting but are also perfect when it is pouring outside. The menu is entirely plant-based because Pause believes that mindful eating does not have to be boring.

6. Harvest Salad Co.

From Korean-inspired flavours to nutrient-packed meals, Harvest Salad Co. in Mumbai has now introduced some amazing additions to its menu. Tapping into the growing appetite for Korean flavours, Harvest is introducing Kimchi and Furikake to its menu through dishes like Korean Kimchi Bowl and Korean Chilli Crunch Salad. At the same time, Harvest has also launched Protein Rich Bowl and Fibre Rich Bowl, built around ingredients like quinoa, black beans, sprouts, and more.

7. Eve

Eve, a contemporary café-bar known for its intimate setting and global cuisine, has now unveiled a monsoon menu. The new additions reflect the way Mumbaikars love to dine during the season. The offerings combine familiar comfort with global influences, such as Vietnamese Pho, Murgh Patiala with Garlic Naan, Gochujang Ramen Bowls, Plum Sushi Rolls, Curry Leaf Prawns, and more. They have also introduced cocktails like Smokey Jamun, Passo Fizz, and Jamun Cooler.

8. HOMM 

HOMM in Mumbai is turning up the heat with an all-new menu that doubles down on bold flavours, live-fire cooking, and more. Their new offerings are unapologetically bold and built on everything that guests love. Diners can expect Chicken Biryani, Minced Chicken Puff, seafood items, and a dessert called The Caramel Toast, which is designed to leave a lasting impression on foodies. This is definitely one of the best new menus we have in India this July!

9. Kinya Coffee

Kinya Coffee has now introduced The Weekend Breakfast, which celebrates Bengaluru’s growing culture of slow mornings with exceptional coffee, comforting food, and unhurried conversations. The new menu brings together Eggs Benedict, Shakshuka, Japanese Tamago Sandwiches, breakfast boards, pancakes, and French Toasts. These dishes are paired with espressos, Cold Brew, ceremonial-style matcha, and slow-brewed Pour Over coffee.

10. Yauatcha 

Celebrate the monsoon with Yauatcha Bengaluru’s Monsoon Special Dim Sum & Tea Menu. This seasonal experience pairs handcrafted dim sums with soothing teas. Guests can choose from options like Chicken and Coriander Dumpling, Chicken Shanghai Dumpling, Vegetable Char Siu Bun, Vegetable Chive Dumpling, and Har Gau. These dumplings are accompanied by either Jasmine Green Tea or Chamomile Tea. This is definitely one of the best menus designed for afternoon breaks and cosy catch-ups during the rainy season.

Bengaluru’s favourite urban hangout spot, Monkey Bar, has now launched a limited-time menu dedicated to the ultimate comfort food: burgers! With the Monkey Burger Fest, the restaurant is offering burgers like the Peri Peri Fried Chicken Burger, Truffle Shroom Melt Burger, and Bombay Chilli Cheese Aloo Burger. These new additions are comforting, delicious, and mouth-watering.

12. Ukiyo 

This season, Ukiyo at The Ritz-Carlton Pune managed by Ventive Hospitality, is inviting guests to experience Ukiyo Sundays: Osaka Edition, a specially curated brunch celebrating the vibrant culinary culture of Japan’s beloved food capital. The special brunch begins with an elegant Omnium Gatherum of Kobachi, a thoughtful selection of cold appetisers and seasonal salads that introduces guests to the delicate balance and artistry of Japanese cuisine. Apart from that, there will be an abundant showcase of Sushi and Sashimi too.

14. Opera 

Opera in Jaipur invites guests to experience its new menu, which celebrates contemporary Italian dining with global flavours. 16. Italian Table With Chef Alessio Cosma Amodio

This July, The Patio at 24/1 at JW Marriott Hotel Bengaluru welcomes the sun-drenched flavours of Southern Italy with an exclusive collaboration featuring Chef Alessio Cosma Amodio of Casa Limone, Renaissance Goa. Inspired by the coastal kitchens of the region, the chef presents Italian classics, including Caprese, Carpaccio Di Manzo, Crema Di Burrata, and more, before giving way to handmade pastas such as Ravioloni and Spaghetti Aglio Olio E Peperoncino. Guests will also get to enjoy traditional desserts like Pasticciotto and Tiramisu to complete the experience.
