It’s time to binge on invisible potato chips!

Here’s The Recipe To Make Invisible Potato Chips:

No problem if you are new to baking and cooking, this recipe shared by Channel Foods (@channelfoods) is simple and does not even need a lot of ingredients. So get ready to cook a tray full of deliciousness.

Ingredients Of Invisible Potato Chips:

  • 6 Yukon Potatoes
  • 1-2 tbsp Kosher Salt
  • 1 cup Oil
  • 5 cups Boiling Water
  • 4 tbsp Potato Starch

Method Of Invisible Potato Chips:

  • Take 6 Yukon potatoes and wash each thoroughly.
  • Take a knife and make a slight cut on the top surface of the potatoes.
  • Mix them well with some oil and salt.
  • Add a baking tray and line it with aluminum foil. Add the potatoes to the tray and bake for about 20 minutes.
  • Take the baked potatoes and keep them in a bowl. Add a good amount of boiling water to the bowl. Keep the bowl aside for at least 2 hours.
  • Sieve the potato stock and keep it inside a refrigerator for about 4 to 5 hours.
  • Take a bowl and add potato starch and the refrigerated stock. Cook it on medium heat and make sure to stir the mixture continuously.
  • Stir the starch and stock till the mixture turns into a dense liquid.
  • Take small portions of this mixture and spread it on a baking sheet. Dehydrate these for about 4 to 6 hours at 350°F. Continue the process till the liquid mix solidifies.
  • All you need to do is deep fry these solidified mix for 2 to 3 minutes and the crispy yummy chips are ready to be served.
