Puchka, panipuri, gupchup, gol gappe, everyone has their own name for this watery treat. Every locality does it differently. From mini Bengal to mini Tibet, every place has its own rendition with difference in spice and ingredients. In C R Park, the aloo masala is totally mashed and water is extra spicy, just the way Bongs like it.

6. Ram Laddu
