By 2025, this beautiful country is set to become the most visited in the world. For more than a million exciting reasons, France is going to claim the title for itself.
There are an estimated 93.7 million travellers expected to visit the country every year.
To no surprise, France held this title until 2021. During the pandemic, Spain managed to attain this long-held title. As per the data, a 12.1% compound annual growth will be registered in the tourism of Spain from 2022 to 2025. Spain will have received 89.5 million travellers by 2025.
Exceptional culture and food are two aspects these countries have in common. These two aspects are also the biggest reasons for the hike in their tourism. Everyone is attracted to everything France has to offer. From historical significance to wine countries, from city lights to beaches and mountains, France is truly a country to visit.
