Chef Vikas Khanna has now become a household name. This particular chef has won people’s hearts a million times over, first, with his culinary skills and then with his charming and humble personality. Recently, he was on an Air India flight which left him singing praises of the in-flight services they offer. He took to his Instagram account and posted a delightful message to Air India. Chef Vikas Khanna is much adored throughout the country. He recently flew via Air India and was all praises about it. He posted a short video along with a heartfelt caption. The video showed him relaxing on a flight and watching ‘Stories By Rabindranath Tagore,’ a beautiful series.
He was also relishing some delicious-looking curry and rice along with it. Clearly, the vibe was immaculate! The caption stated that the post was made in appreciation of the changes that Air India has made. He also said that given his lifestyle which is full of travel, he is grateful that such airlines exist.
Along with curry and rice, we also spied what looked like bhindi in a bowl, some dal, maybe some dahi, and pickle. Because no true Indian meal is complete without a pickle!

In a separate heartwarming incident, he went viral on social media. It seems that he was on another Air India flight and a crew member was retiring. Chef Vikas Khanna decided to redecorate the cake that was going to be offered to him.
For a person of his stature to go so out of his way to do something for a stranger won the hearts of many Netizens. A video of him decorating the cake was posted on the micro-blogging website X (Formerly, Twitter). Netizens and admirers poured their love in the comment section.
