A girl in Chhattisgarh climbed an extremely high tower in a dramatic attempt to get his attention. And she was successful as soon after, the guy, too, followed her on top of it. Thankfully, both individuals were unharmed and were brought down safely. Here are the details about this unusually dramatic incident.

Ah, young love. The days when you have no responsibility so a mere squabble with your partner seems like the very end of the world. A girl in Chhatisgarh, it seems, had a lover’s spat and went on to climb a tower of a high-tension power line.
The tower was 80 feet tall and the girl managed to scale it all the way to the top. Some of the villagers spotted her climbing the tower and shot a video that has now gone viral on the Internet. The dramatic nature of the incident no doubt is reminiscent of the famous scene in the movie, Sholay.
Soon after, the girl’s boyfriend, too, followed her and climbed the tower. Onlookers called the police to the scene of the incident in order to prevent any untoward incident. The police came and negotiated with the couple for a long time.

Couple Brought Down Unharmed; Sternly Warned
This unusual situation happened in the Gaurela Pendra Marwahi District in the Indian state of Chhatisgarh. After the police negotiated with the couple for quite some time, they were able to successfully bring them down from the tower safely.
As it turned out, the girl was still a minor. The police did not initiate any legal action against either of them but did give them a stern warning. They were to not involve themselves in such matters and to not pull such a stunt again. A user posted the video on Twitter on the 6th of August which then went viral.
