Early on Wednesday, passengers on IndiGo’s 6E 2418 Pune-Delhi flight experienced an unanticipated delay. A technical issue with the Airbus 320Neo during taxiing resulted in a two-hour wait inside the aircraft. Engineers tried their best, but the problem continued, so at around 3:30 am the airline decided to let passengers off.

After that, roughly 150 passengers had to wait at the airport for three more hours before a different plan was arranged. Finally, around 7:30 am, they were taken to Delhi on a different plane. A representative for the airline said that a technical issue was the cause of the delay and guaranteed that the impacted customers would be transported on a different aircraft.
