It is not often that airlines are in the news for something positive. More often than not, it seems that lately whenever airlines are in the news, it is always for something negative that happened. However, this time, the case is dissimilar. A flier of Vistara Airlines took to Twitter to appreciate the help he received from the officials from the airlines in solving a mini-crisis that he was facing.

This particular person, in his post on Twitter, narrated the incident that happened to him. He said that when he arrived, presumably at the Indira Gandhi International Airport in Delhi judging from his tweet, he tried to board his flight to the United Kingdom or the UK. However, he was informed that the flight was locked since it had been overbooked and they were already at full capacity.
The person, named Dr Akshat Mishra, tried to convey to the officials that his travel was imperative as he was defence personnel and could not afford to miss his flight. He said that the matter was then handed over to the counter DM, Mr Anmol and his co-worker Mr Subroto.

Promptly Arranged The Next Flight
The appreciative post said that after the matter was handed over to Mr Anmol, he was extremely understanding of Dr Mishra’s predicament and took prompt action in order to help him. He said that since he could not board this flight as it was already booked, he provided prompt solutions by booking another flight for him.
The post also said that employees like Mr Anmol and his co-worker Mr Subroto help keep the brand name and the legacy of Tata alive. In the final lines of his post, he asked that his wishes be conveyed to the two of them for helping him out in his time of need.
This is the first time in a long time that an airline has been in the news for something positive. Most of the time, whenever airlines are in the news, it is always for some goof up by the officials or by the passengers on the plane.
