No matter how much we love food and drinks brought from stores, there is always something very special about preparing those things at home. Homemade foods and drinks have a significant special charm all the time and that makes everything more delectable. Let’s learn the recipe shared by Chef Saransh Goila.

How To Make Desi Mogu Mogu At Home? Take Note!

Chef Saransh Goila shared a simple recipe to make lychee mogu mogu and the best part is that even a beginner can make it following this video.

Ingredients:

  • 3 cups peeled and de-seeded Lychee
  • 1 cup Coconut Water
  • 2 tbsp Sugar
  • 1 tsp Agar Agar Powder
  • 4 Ice Cubes
  • 100 ml Water
  • 1.5 tsp Roohafza

Method:

  • Take a blender and add 1 cup of peeled and de-seeded lychee, 1 cup of coconut water, and 2 tbsp sugar, and blend everything.
  • Strain the mixture well.
  • Take a pan, pour the lychee and coconut mixture, and add 1 tsp agar agar powder to it.
  • Heat everything well and whisk till everything dissolves.
  • Pour the mixture onto a tray and put it inside the refrigerator for 30 minutes to set.
  • Now take the remaining 2 cups of lychees in a bender and add 4 ice cubes, 100 ml water, 1.5 tsp roofafza, and give everything a nice mix.
  • The next step is to strain the lychee juice.
  • Now take out the frozen jelly and cut it into cubes.
  • Add some jelly cubes to a glass and pour the lychee juice into it.
  • Ta-da! Desi mogu mogu drink is ready to be served. Make sure to serve it cold.
