According to Kisi, the number of remote employment available, the amount of paid parental leave days, safety, and healthcare were consider while determining the rankings. The research also examined the availability of outdoor space, air quality, and inflation. 

Who Came on Top As The World’s Best Cities For Work-Life Balance

According to the survey, Oslo, Norway’s seaside capital, jumped from second place last year to first position this year as the finest city in the world for an excellent work-life balance. According to Kisi, Norwegian employees have an annual vacation allowance of 25 days and a paid parental leave allowance of 707 days. Moreover, features such as excellent healthcare, strong air quality, and a willingness to allow telecommuting strengthen its perfect score. 

The following four destinations are Bern in Switzerland, Helsinki, Zurich, and Copenhagen. That’s fantastic news for Europe.

What Are The Other Cities 

The United Kingdom, on the other hand, is towards the bottom of the list. Liverpool, ranked 24th, seems to have the most acceptable work-life balance, ahead of Glasgow, ranked 25th, and London ranked 27th. And what is the most populous city in the United States? That would be Seattle, which comes in at a lowly 32nd position.

However, that isn’t the most overworked city. Dubai (UAE), Hong Kong, Kuala Lumpur, Singapore, and Montevideo, Uruguay have all been recognised. These are areas to avoid if you’re planning to relocate overseas and start a new life.
