Coming up at the second tallest tower, this skyscraper is worth a whopping USD 1.5 billion. Yes, and it will be located on Dubai’s iconic Sheikh Zayed Road! The highlight of the skyscraper happens to be a vertical mall along with other features that you will want to know. These include luxury residences and opulent penthouses, a one-of-its-kind observation deck, numerous high-end food & beverage outlets, and even a seven-star hotel.
As it happens, it is expected that the building will be completed in four years! However, it’s worth noting that a date for the official groundbreaking ceremony is yet to be announced. And it’s expected that more details regarding this upcoming project will be revealed in the formal ceremony.

At this point, it’s worth noting that easy development was recently in the news for its Venice-inspired residential complex, which featured unparalleled luxury Crystal Community. Featuring 261 villas and 15,057 apartments, the water-inspired living that will be spread across 1,48,000 m² of retail boulevard and will have an 18 km lagoon, beach and boardwalk. As such, there will also be a world-class opera that will be situated here! So, the project just like others is quite impressive and will feature a host of amenities.
