When it comes to UAE, the nation also has a surge in the covid-19 cases, and to curb the further spread of the virus- it has announced various rules across the country. The Dubai Police have shut down a desert camp that organized a private gathering, violating Covid-19 safety measures. Here’s everything you must know.

The Desert Camp Operator Fined AED 50,000, People Attending The Party Fined AED 15,000 Each

The desert camp operator has been fined AED 50,000 while each visitor present there was fined AED 15,000. The action was taken while keeping Dubai Tourism in the loop. The party was busted by Dubai Police right after it managed to bust a crowded yacht party and fined the organizers AED 50,000. The yacht operator’s license was revoked for one month.

The UAE Has Recorded More Than 320,000 Cases So Far 

The violations come as the UAE’s Ministry of Health and Prevention (MoHAP) announced that it conducted 148,587 additional Covid-19 tests over the past 24 hours, with 2,798 new infections, bringing the total number of recorded cases in the UAE to 329,293.

Dubai, Abu Dhabi, and other emirates in the UAE are still fighting a war against the covid-19 virus. Dubai and Abu Dhabi have updated the rules keeping the current scenario in mind. In Dubai, the number of guests allowed at parties and weddings is 10. For a funeral in Abu Dhabi, only 20 people are allowed. The restaurants and cafes have reduced the dining capacity in Abu Dhabi, whereas weekend brunches and bars are shut in Dubai until further notice.
