In a tweet sent out by the official account of Dubai South, it was mentioned that the third phase of South Bay has been launched. This is located in the heart of the Residential District in Dubai South along the Expo Road. It should be mentioned that this phase features more than 200 villas and townhouses! Yes, in a report by the Dubai Media Office, it was mentioned that these are a mix of three- & four-bedroom townhouses, four- & five-bedroom semi-detached villas, and five-six- & seven- bedroom standalone waterfront mansions.
Moreover, the beautiful properties, which include townhouses and semi-detached villas will be upgraded with spectacular interiors. They will boast marble flooring, built-in fully equipped kitchens, glass handrails, roof-top access, and private outdoor gardens. And they will offer an unprecedented view of the lagoon! Not to mention, they will be in proximity to a state-of-the-art clubhouse and fitness centre.
