From June 2023, the locally produced brand will greet visitors in Ibiza. A little distance from Ibiza Town, the gastro-entrepreneur Joey Ghazal’s The Maine will transform an 18th-century finca into the ideal location for brunches in the sun and late-night feasts. 200 outdoor diners will be able to eat at Maine Ibiza. The space is divided into two levels. It also offers a menu that is inspired by the region, amazing mixology, and an exciting entertainment schedule. Reflection Of Dubai In The Ibiza Outlet

Similar to the existing Dubai outlet, the new one opening its door in Ibiza would reflect quite familiar elements. The Maine restaurants can now be located in JBR, Studio City, and Business Bay in Dubai, as well as internationally in London. The area, which was created by The Maine’s creator Joey Ghazal, has been meticulously restored with opulent antique furnishings and is situated amidst beautifully landscaped gardens. While some design features will give it a distinctly Maine feel, much of the surrounding natural beauty will be preserved, ensuring that the restaurant feels warm, rustic, and perfectly suited to its surroundings.
What to eat here? The flavours of the Mediterranean will be teleported to this new venue. So visitors can anticipate some really fresh ingredients here. One can choose between enjoying their meal on the ground floor restaurant or the rooftop that is in vogue. Haute visitors can head to the bar to enjoy some fancy beverages that would be curated by experienced mixologists.
Brace yourself as the summer in Ibiza is gonna be Haute instead of hot! And if you can’t make it to Ibiza this summer then you still have the backup in Dubai!
