From Delays To No Wheelchair Assistance, Distraught Passengers Are Bashing SpiceJet On Twitter

We prefer travelling by plane, even though it is the most expensive of all travel options, because we expect it to be hassle-free and quick. Many times, you must have seen passengers tweet about their bad experiences. Well, those tweets are generally from one or two passengers about different airlines. But it looks like today was surely not a good day to fly with SpiceJet. Today, many SpiceJet passengers tweeted about their negative experiences on Twitter. Take a look.

Looks Like A Bad Day To Travel With SpiceJet

Twitter today is flooded with passengers tweeting about their SpiceJet experiences. It is strange to see that today most of the passengers had terrible experiences, like a delay in the flight or no wheelchair assistance. Let’s take a look at these tweets:

A passenger named Prassana Priyadarshi had web-checked his ticket from Darbhanga to Mumbai and paid an extra amount for a comfortable journey. But sadly, he was not assigned the seat he had booked. He went on to Twitter and shared his disappointment by tagging the prime minister, the ministry of civil aviation, and SpiceJet.

Another passenger tweeted a video showing the chaos that was caused when SpiceJet’s flight SG8495 DEL-DBR (Delhi to Darbhanga) was delayed for over two hours. The passengers were not given proper answers regarding the delay, and hence chaos was caused at the airport.

A SpiceJet flight from Goa to Pune was delayed by 150 minutes, and a passenger could not help but tweet the incident. The person who tweeted this, also tagged the Civil Aviation Minister, Jyotiraditya Scindia, and called the airlines the “most inefficient airline”.

Calling the airlines “pathetic,” a passenger tweeted about regretting the decision as she chose them again after being disappointed by it in January. She did not mention the issue but wrote about never choosing SpiceJet again in her life.

A passenger needed wheelchair assistance and also carried a fit to fly certificate, but claimed on Twitter that the staff misbehaved with him. He also said that they were not interested in flying him with them.
