Germany Issues New Travel Rules And Removes All Countries From High-Risk List

Germany has now removed all countries from the high-risk list. The move came into effect on March 3, as confirmed by the German federal government agency for disease control and prevention, The Robert Koch Institute. The relaxation implies that travellers from all countries will now be allowed entry to Germany without any entry rules, such are pre-departure COVID-19 tests and quarantine. However, full vaccination is mandatory for travellers from third countries. Unvaccinated people from third countries can enter Germany only for highly essential purposes.
