Goa Is India’s Favourite Hotel Destination With Highest Occupancy: Survey

Goa has been India’s favourite travel destination for as long as we can remember. The beaches, hotels, cafes and bars, hence cater to varied travellers – both Indian and international. In a survey, conducted by JLL Hotels Group, Goa turned out to be India’s favourite hotel destination. And, we do see eye-to-eye with this survey on this. Goa and its hotel properties have massively grown and with travel taking off once again, more and more cafes, luxury properties are coming up in and around Goa.

Hotel Destinations In Goa Are Travellers’ Favourites

According to another report by the Hotel Momentum India Report 2022, the hospitality sector in India’s six major cities – Delhi, Bengaluru, Mumbai, Hyderabad, Goa and Chennai recorded a spike of 244% demand in the hospitality sector. Such a spike took place due to the bookings done for weddings and meetings, incentives, conferences and exhibitions (MICE) and most importantly, business travel. The hospitality officials believe that in the second quarter of this year, that there will be a further growth especially, with the long weekends, festivals, weddings, events, and business travel growing.
