Good news, SunExpress Launches Dubai To Izmir Direct Route With Fares Under Dh500

A brand-new flight will soon start gliding over the UAE. Dubai International Airport is witnessing an increase in its fleet owing to the growing demand for new routes. Therefore, SunExpress came to the rescue of Emiratis. With the recent introduction of SunExpress’ nonstop flights connecting Dubai and the Turkish city of Izmir, Dubai International (DXB) expanded its network of connections.

After beginning daily operations in Antalya in September of last year, the airline will officially serve DXB from a second Turkish route.

A B737-800 aircraft of SunExpress will fly three times each week to both tourist sites. It withholds a 189-seat capacity. With much more than 680,000 passengers registered during the first half of 2022, Turkey ranks among the top 10 nations for DXB travel. The airline ensures the affordability factor for tourists and has kept the price range for this new flight to fall under Dhs 500.

Turkish Airlines and Lufthansa have partnered to form SunExpress. At the renowned World Airline Awards, SunExpress won the title of Best Leisure Airline in the World. In addition to 30 countries in Europe, North Africa, the Mediterranean, the Black Sea, and the Red Sea, it offers scheduled and private passenger flights to 90 locations.

The carrier focuses on wet renting, local Turkish flights to destinations in Anatolia, and overseas travel. Five thousand people work with SunExpress in total.

The fleet of SunExpress as of now involves, Airbus A320-200, Boeing 737-800, and Boeing 737 MAX 8 and B737-800.
