Take Direct Flights

With the newly inducted Boeing 777-200LR aircraft, these flights will operate on a daily basis. Moreover, the company plans on increasing the frequency of the India-United States route to forty-seven non-stop flights per week. Currently, Air India operates two direct flights from Mumbai International Airport — one to San Francisco and the other to Newark. They also have flights operating from Delhi to Washington DC, Chicago, New York, Newark, and San Francisco. As for Bengaluru, it has only one connection which is San Francisco.

This increasing connectivity is a way to establish Mumbai as a second significant hub for travel. The first place with the best connectivity is Delhi, with five cities connected via direct flights. Now, if you want to travel directly to New York, there won’t be any need of taking a connecting flight. You can opt for a direct one instead.
