We Indians love street food and these days the street food vendors are coming up with bizarre food combinations. Similarly, a vendor at Subhash Nagar in Delhi thought of giving our love for bread omelette a change by combining Kulcha with Omelette adding a tandoori tadka. You won’t even have thought about it in your weirdest dream, we know but this is the new entry into the world of fusion foods.
A Viral Video of Billu’s Omelette
A video went viral on the internet which showed a vendor at Billu’s Omelette preparing a chicken omelette with tandoori masala, chicken, some veggies and then topping it up with cheese slices. He then adds some sauce, folds the omelette and places them between kulchas. Then a generous amount of butter is added to the top.

The video went viral in no time and many people by far have tried this combination. People actually loved the combination and are all praises on the internet. The heavy use of butter and cheese makes the fusion food rich and is adding to the delicious taste of Kulcha Omelette.
