Dubai Fashion Week Debuts In The City of Gold

As mentioned above, Dubai Fashion Week is coming to the city for the first time in March. The fashion week is slated to happen at Dubai Design District from Friday, March 10 to Wednesday, March 15, 2023. Did you know it was formerly known as Arab Fashion Week? Yes, the event will showcase men, women’s, ready-to-wear, and couture collections by renowned designers.

Participation Of Famous Regional & International Fashion Designers

As it happens, the fashion week will shine the light on autumn/winter and spring/summer collections. Jean Paul Gaultier, Moschino, Iris Van Herpen, Bouguessa, Amato, Bhype, and The Giving Moment are some of the regional and international designers who will feature in the inaugural show. Apart from the runway shows, there are other events that you must keep in mind. These include presentations, exhibitions, pop-ups, events, and workshops! And to become a global creative and fashion capital like Milan and London, the focus is on five main pillars. These include — Diversity, Unity, Business, Ambition, and Innovation, which together form D.U.B.A.I.

Known For Setting Several Milestones
For those who aren’t aware, Arab Fashion Week has previously set several milestones for the region. These include everything from launching the first menswear fashion week and curvy model runway to even attracting fashion icons from around the world. As such, they have also provided a platform for regional designers on a global scale!
