Here Are The Revised Timings Of VFS Global Application Centres In UAE During Ramadan

Are you someone who’s been planning to visit abroad? Well, then you will be pleased to know that VFS Global has announced revised opening hours for its visa application centres in the UAE. This means that during the holy month, while you are fasting, it will be much more convenient for you to apply for a visa. Here’s everything you need to know about this change in time.

For those who aren’t aware, VFS Global is the world’s largest outsourcing and technology service specialist. Providing services for governments and diplomatic missions worldwide, it is a highly sought-after institution for visa applications. And now, their application centres in the UAE are going to operate on revised timings, which also include extended working hours for some. This has been done to ensure visa applicants find it more convenient to apply during the month of Ramadan. Besides this, applicants can also opt for the visit-at-your-door service to submit applications from their homes!

What About The Operational Hours?

Talking about the revised working hours, Zawya has presented these working hours for the application centres across the UAE.

For the UK Visa application centres, this will be the timing.
  • Abu Dhabi – 8 am to 3 pm (Mondays to Thursdays) & 9 am to 12:20 pm; 2:20 pm to 3 pm (Fridays)
  • Sharjah – 8 am to 3 pm (Mondays to Thursdays)
  • Dubai – 8 am to 5 pm (Mondays to Thursdays) & 9 am to 12:20 pm; 2:20 pm to 5 pm (Fridays)

For other Visa application centres, this will be the timing.

  • Canada
    Dubai & Abu Dhabi – 8 am – 2 pm
  • Turkey
    Dubai & Abu Dhabi – 9 am – 3 pm
  • Ireland and Australia
    Abu Dhabi – 9 am – 3 pm
  • Bulgaria, Ukraine, Israel, Cyprus, Belarus, And Malaysia
    Abu Dhabi – 9 am – 3 pm
  • South Africa, Ukraine, Cyprus, Turkey, Malaysia, Belarus, And Bulgaria
    Dubai – 9 am – 3 pm
  • Singapore
    Dubai – 9 am – 4 pm
  • Schengen Countries
    Dubai – 9 am – 5 pm
    Abu Dhabi – 9 am – 3 pm
  • China
    Dubai – 9 am – 3 pm
