You’ve probably heard of the award-winning restaurant Trèsind and the Michelin-starred Tresind Studio. The restaurants are run by the Passion F&B group. The same known and successful group has launched a new fine dining restaurant, “Aamara,” in the VOCO Hotel Sheikh Zayed Road. It is the place where you can witness the merging of lux and magnificence. Hop on a culinary journey with this new restaurant in Dubai.

Culinary Journey With Aamara In VOCO Hotel

Aamara at VOCO Hotel is the pinnacle of fine dining and culinary excellence on Dubai’s culinary map. The restaurant takes guests on a culinary tour of the Silk Route, an ancient trade route that connected the Far East and the Mediterranean. The name Aamara has different meanings in different languages. In Latin, it means everlasting; grace in Africa; immortal in Sanskrit; and forever beautiful in Arabic.

The food at Aamara is a work of art and a statement of patience, richness, quality, and expert blending, with Chef Malik Basha leading the team. The menu, which draws inspiration from the world’s oldest commerce route, features cold plates, small plates, big plates, and sides with a variety of meat, fish, and vegetarian options. Amara proudly displays the flavours that take you on a culinary voyage.
