Huma Qureshi Loves This Look From The 60s

While Huma Qureshi and Kamiya were bonding over some travel stories, the conversation slipped to beauty and makeup. Talking of makeup, Kamiya asked her about her quick-fix makeup. In response, she answered, “Once you crack your foundation, half your problems are solved. I don’t like a heavy look or cakey makeup. Skin ka texture thoda nazar aana chaiye.” She believes that imperfections make us real and beautiful. Your skin is not supposed to look like a glazed doughnut, right? She also shared that she likes to be playful with her eyes and lips depending on her mood and look. Well, we all know her Instagram is a treat for all makeup and fashion enthusiasts.

Additionally, the celebrity loves a pop of red or pink on some days. One make-up trick she swears by is mascara, and a lot of it. She says, “Mascara is my thing. Nobody does this, but I love spidery lower lashes. It’s a very like the 60s-inspired trend. I LOVE that.” Even though actresses today like a soft glam look, something about this style from the 60s feels hypnotic to Huma Qureshi. She really is a retro queen with a modern twist, isn’t she?

When Kamiya asked if Huma has ever gotten a tattoo, she said that she never has but wants to. But she is confused about what she wants to get inked. Some people get quotes or people’s names tattooed. However, she is sceptical of a quote as it may have little meaningful impact. And getting a name tattooed is risky business because what if they break up later? Well, we hope she finds some inspiration for the tattoo.
