Creator Shares Rajdhani First Class AC Experience Worth ₹5,300
Malhar paid approximately ₹5,300 for his ticket, including catering charges. Although he mentioned that he could have booked a flight for less, he chose to experience the journey by train. His video documented everything from the onboard meals and bedding to the views outside his compartment.
He travelled on the 12951 Mumbai Rajdhani Express in its First AC class. On boarding, he was welcomed with a bottle of water and was shown that the coach also had a proper bathroom facility. Soon after the train departed, the evening snack service began. He was served snacks and hot tea, which he said were freshly prepared in the pantry car. Malhar also took a walk through the First AC coach, enjoying the views along the route. He mentioned that the train was travelling at 130 kmph. Food was a major highlight of Malhar’s journey; after the evening snacks, he was served hot soup as part of the early dinner service. He particularly enjoyed its taste and said it was prepared in the pantry car.
A vegetarian meal followed, along with a continental dinner option that he had ordered separately. He gave viewers a glimpse of the spread and described the food as delicious. Ice cream was served for dessert. After the train reached Vadodara Junction, Malhar decided to call it a night. He made his bed in the compartment and settled in for the journey.
The next morning, he woke up around 6:30 am to a serving of tea. Breakfast began with hot cornflakes, followed by upma, poha and vegetable cutlets. Looking at the spread, he joked, “Overall, ye breakfast ki thaali chhodo, ye toh poora brunch hai!” He added that the meal had left him feeling full. Another round of tea was served before the train reached Delhi. The Mumbai Rajdhani arrived at New Delhi Railway Station at 8:35 am, on schedule.

The video prompted plenty of reactions from railway enthusiasts and passengers who had travelled on the same train. Several viewers praised the food and overall experience.
“Epic food,” one user commented, while another wrote, “Safar ka asali Maja train mein hi hai.” A passenger who had travelled on the Mumbai Rajdhani the previous month also shared their experience, calling it a great journey. Another described it as a “5-star experience”.

The food spread caught the attention of many viewers, with one joking, “Iska matlab khaate raho.” Another felt the fare was justified, writing, “5300 diye the sawad to hona he cahiye tha.”
However, not everyone was convinced that taking the train was worth the extra travel time. Some questioned why a passenger would choose a train when a flight could get them to Delhi faster. One user pointed out that flights also offer food and scenic views, while another questioned the comparison, noting that flight fares could be higher than ₹6,500.
