She mentioned that while straining the pasta she wondered, “Would this martini?” And she tried it out and developed a recipe for a Pasta Water Martini.
She believes this recipe is perfect for people who like salty drinks. It has a savoury and briny taste. She then went on to say, “Don’t knock it ‘till you try it!” To make this recipe, you’ll need 2.5 oz vodka, 1/2 oz dry vermouth, and 1 oz pasta water. Remember the pasta water needs to be salty.
