IRCTC Launches Punya Teerth Yatra Package That Will Take You From Puri To Prayagraj

India is a land which is blessed with many beautiful and important pilgrimage sites. Be it Jagannath Puri in the east or Tirupathi in the south or Vaishnodevi in the north. Indian Railway Catering and Tourism Corporation has launched many tour packages which specifically focus on pilgrimage sites in India. In addition to those travel packages, IRCTC has launched a Punya Teerth Yatra Package which will cover sites from Puri to Prayagraj.

Punya Teerth Yatra Package

Indian Railway Catering and Tourism Corporation has come up with the Punya Teerth Yatra Package which will be covering some of India’s famous pilgrimage sites from the East and North parts. The package will cover famous pilgrimage sites from Puri to Prayagraj like Puri, Gaya, Konark, Ayodhya, Varanasi and Prayagraj. The package is for 9 nights and 10 days and the cost of this package is ₹18450. The journey will begin on 9th October and end on the 18th. The package includes train tickets, stay, food, tea/coffee and a tour operator.

Punya Teerth Yatra- Itinerary

The two departure points are Bangalore and Mysore. 10th October will be a journey in the train as the train will reach Puri on 11th and you will be visiting the famous Konark temple. The next day you will leave for Gaya and reach there the next day and perform Pinda Pradanam. Leave from Gaya in the evening and reach Varanasi in the night. On 14th you will be visiting Kashi Vishwanath, Annapoorna temple and Kashi Visalakshi and also take a dip in the Ganga river. The next day, you will leave from Varanasi and reach Ayodhya. You will visit Ram Janmabhoomi temple and Sarayu river. At night you will leave for Prayagraj. Next day after reaching Prayagraj you can bathe in the Triveni Sangam and leave for Bangalore or Mysore in the night. 18th October reaching Bangalore and Mysore.
