Recently, actor Kartik Aaryan made a real estate investment. According to documents viewed by Indextap.com, he spent ₹17.5 crore on a Mumbai property. According to reports, it is housed at the Siddhi Vinayak Building in the Juhu neighbourhood’s Presidency co-operative society. The apartment is 1,916 square feet (sq ft) in size.
The sale is one of the most costly ones in the area, with an estimated value of ₹1.10 lakh per square foot. Stamp duty for the transaction, which closed on June 30, totaled ₹1.05 crore. Kartik Aaryan will also get exclusive use of two parking spaces within the skyscraper as part of the agreement.

Actor’s uber-Expensive Possessions

Producer Bhushan Kumar gave him India’s first McLaren GT, valued at ₹3.72 crore, in June 2022. He also reportedly has a cosy apartment in Mumbai’s Versova neighbourhood that faces the sea and costs ₹1.60 crore, according to the Hindustan Times.
According to reports, Kartik bought a Versova apartment in 2019, where he had previously been a paying guest during his hard times. According to reports, he spent ₹1.60 crore for the apartment in the Rajkiran Co-op Housing Society on Yari Road.
An earlier rumour stated that Kartik Aaryan rented Shahid Kapoor’s house and was paying a monthly rent of ₹7.5 lakh.
