On Wednesday, Malaika Arora treated her Instagram fans with a glimpse of her sattvic diet. She took to Instagram stories, uploaded a picture of the food she was having, and captioned it, “The Ayurveda lifestyle. Satvik,” The picture revealed a simple yet delectable platter consisting of a ghee container with some Podi Masala. Malaika Arora was also seen having a bowl of greens consisting of spinach. The picture also revealed some Idli. Well, the meal looked very wholesome.
Researchers say a sattvic diet helps purify the mind and frees the body of built-up toxins. No doubt Malaika Arora is into sattvic diet and leading an ayurvedic lifestyle.
