Mumbaikars! Take A Look At The Mesmerising Projections On The Walkway Along DM Club

Who doesn’t like a pleasing and aesthetic view? A nice walk along the walkway with glittering lights! The Brihanmumbai Municipal Corporation (BMC) is a civic body that is responsible for the infrastructural developments and beautification of the city. And they have put up beautiful projections along the walkway of DM Club. Take a look at this mesmerising view of Mumbai city.

Beautiful Scenery Along The Walkway Of DM Club

The Brihanmumbai Municipal Corporation posted a video on Instagram that featured the walkway along the DM Club. The path was adorned with Gobo Projections that showcased autumn leaves and colourful flowers that will leave you mesmerised! And you could see different varieties of flower projections adorning the street. Moreover, the fountain was lit up and was glowing in the dark.

This piece of work was created by the D ward of Mumbai and the place looked like a whole new world. As for the fountain, LED lights were installed at various locations that made the lights look aesthetic. Apart from being clean and sustainable, the city needs to have certain eye-pleasing elements that the locals would love! The place is located near the Chowpatty and you will get a wonderful view of the sea.

Gobo Projections is used to project different designs on walls and floors with the help of gobo — a piece of metal or glass. And these are a party favourite and used at many occasions like weddings. The same was used to make a beautiful impression on the streets of Mumbai.

Mumbai Light Shows

Though this is a new thing that the authorities have tried, this isn’t the first light show that Mumbaikars have seen! On the occasion of Independence Day and Republic Day, the iconic monuments of the city like Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj Terminus, Gateway Of India are filled with tricolours — saffron, white and green.

In fact, on the occasion of ‘Azadi Ka Amrit Mahotsav’ the Gateway Of India featured a light and sound show showcasing prominent events of the state’s history — especially about Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj.
