Mahavitaran is a subsidiary of the Maharashtra State Electricity Board and this distribution company has installed charging stations in different corners of Navi Mumbai. They set up 12 charging stations all around to make it easier for electric vehicle owners. These stations started providing services in the past week.   • Close to the Lubricant Company in Turbhe
  • Indira Nagar
  • Pawne MIDC
  • Sector 2 in Kharghar
  • Sector 8 in Rabale MIDC
  • Sector 9 Palm Beach Road in NERUL
  • Sector 15 in Airoli
  • Sector 15 in CBD Belapur
  • Sector 19E close to the Galleria Mall in Vashi
  • Sector 30 near Vashi railway station
  • Sector 50 in Seawoods
  • Tapal Naka in Panvel-Uran road

A senior official stated that the Mahavitran has plans to launch more charging stations for electric vehicles around the city. With more charging points, it will become more convenient and easier for people to use electric vehicles.

How Can People Use These Charging Stations?

There are many stations all around the city and to easily spot them, people can simply use the mobile application named “Power Up” of Mahavitran. All they need to do is install the application and click on the “MSEDCL” option. Rajaram Mane is the superintendent engineer of Mahavitaran’s Vashi Division and he shared that all the points are close to the roads. It won’t be a problem to find out the location.
